Standard and extended warranty lengths vary by product:
Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard has a 20-year standard warranty and a lifetime extended warranty.
Trusscore SlatWall has a 20-year standard warranty and a lifetime extended warranty.
DockDeck by Trusscore has a 20-year standard warranty and a lifetime extended warranty.
NorLock by Trusscore has a 1-year standard warranty and a 10-year extended warranty.
RibCore by Trusscore has a 90-day standard warranty and a 5-year extended warranty.
You can receive extended warranty coverage by registering your Trusscore product within 90 days of purchase.

Once registered, your extended warranty is automatically applied.

When a valid warranty claim is approved, Trusscore will either:
Replace the defective product with the same or a similar product, or
Refund the purchase price paid for the defective product
Trusscore is not responsible for any additional costs related to the warranty claim, including:
Labor
Shipping and handling
Removal or reinstallation costs
Any other related expenses
The Trusscore warranty does not apply to failures, defects, or damage caused in whole or in part by:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, abnormal physical stress, or abnormal environmental conditions
Installation or use that does not follow written installation instructions, or use with unapproved third-party products or hardware
Improper handling or storage
Failure to properly clean or maintain the product (where applicable)
Acts of God, including fire, vandalism, wind damage, earthquakes, floods, lightning, hurricanes, or tornadoes
Defects, failure, or damage to the wall or supporting structure, including movement, settling, cracking, distortion, or collapse
Repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Trusscore or its authorized representatives
Gradual color changes, chalking, or dirt accumulation caused by normal exposure to sunlight, environmental conditions, or contaminants
Outdoor use, prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, product alterations, or normal wear and tear
