How to Install Trusscore in a Drop Ceiling (Drywall Grid)

This article shows you how to integrate Wall&CeilingBoard into a drop ceiling system using a drywall grid.

To install Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard on a drywall ceiling grid:

Install panels perpendicular to the drywall grid, ideally crossing the main tees/beams for best support.
Fasten trims directly into main tees/beams and cross tees.
Wall&CeilingBoard panels must be fastened from below into the drywall grid.

Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard panels cannot be dropped into the grid in this application.

Arrange the grid so panels and trims can be fastened at least every 24" on center, directly into both main tees and cross tees.
Use #12 x 3/4" pan head stainless steel screws for reliable attachment.
